# Product specification

ClickMagnets needs a single invite-only workspace for owners, managers, designers, and clients. It replaces operational fragments across Drive, Notion, Trello, email, and Discord.

## Core workflow

Client → invitation → onboarding → thumbnail request → project → designer assignment → version upload → internal review → client review and annotations → revision → approval → delivery → invoice tracking.

## Release boundaries

Milestone 1 creates the application shell and security foundation. Milestones 2–6 add the operational workflow. Version 1 tracks invoices and external payment URLs but never accepts or stores payment-card data.

## Non-functional requirements

The portal is desktop-first for staff, responsive for clients, accessible by keyboard, and compatible with ordinary Namecheap cPanel hosting. Shared-hosting constraints mean database queue, scheduler cron, server-rendered Blade/Livewire interactions, and no mandatory WebSocket service.
