1. **Foundation (current):** Laravel bootstrap, invite-only authentication, roles/policies, design tokens/components, and internal/client shells.
2. **Clients:** clients, contacts, invitations, onboarding drafts, working brand profile, and assets.
3. **Projects:** requests, generated projects, assignments, list/Kanban/calendar basics, tasks, and comments.
4. **Review:** secure uploads, versions, internal/client annotations, revisions, approvals, and delivery.
5. **Operations:** dashboard, review queue, notifications, activity, workload, invoices, settings, and search.
6. **Production:** authorization/file audit, accessibility/mobile testing, performance work, build/deploy, cron, backup/restore, and end-to-end workflow test.

Each feature must state its migrations, policies, hosting impact, validation/loading/error states, tests, manual checks, and deployment changes before it is marked complete.
